About the Role:
As an HLTA, you'll play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. You will work closely with class teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons, lead small group sessions, and provide targeted support to students. What We're Looking For:
1. HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
2. Proven experience working in primary education, particularly in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
3. Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
4. The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
5. A proactive and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
6. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
