Waddington Brown are working with a well-known Global organisation on their appointment of an HR Business Partner to join the team. Having been through a recent restructure in their HR operating model, they are seeking an experienced and pragmatic HR professional to join the Business Partnering team, based on site in Ipswich. This HR Business Partner role reports to the Senior Manager, People Partnering and will involve building and maintaining relationships with senior managers to help deliver the people strategy within the business areas. Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner role include: Work closely with specific business areas to understand their key challenges and how the HR function can support in these. Provide data and analytics to support in decision making. Acting as a change agent, supporting the organisation's change management process and monitoring the impact of change. Coach and develop the capability of the leadership teams, guiding individuals in best practice. Supporting talent management and succession planning with the aim to develop a high performing culture. Support with HR and non-HR projects As HR Business Partner, we are looking for: CIPD L7 qualified (ideally) Proven HR experience working with a range of stakeholders Ideally experience developed in multi-entity business Proven record of managing business change Data analytical skills and good working knowledge of MS Office Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to influence and guide decision making Salary is c£45,000 - £50,000 plus benefits which include a generous pension scheme, discounted gym membership, access to discounts platform and various other health benefits.
