This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality patient-centred care at Recruit Therapists Limited.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategically lead the clinical services team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality care across all areas of the hospital.
* Oversee clinical operations, including staffing, training, and development of the clinical team.
* Manage clinical governance, including incident reporting, audits, and adherence to policies and regulations.
* Closely collaborate with senior leadership to set strategic goals and ensure alignment with organisational priorities.
* Drive quality improvement initiatives, monitor outcomes, and implement solutions to enhance patient care.
* Engage with patients, families, and stakeholders to gather feedback and make improvements in service delivery.
* Ensure the hospital's compliance with regulatory standards and deliver a consistently high standard of care.
