The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our team of managers and supervisors at a busy, family-focused attraction on the outskirts of Bristol. This is a high-volume, multi-outlet food operation, requiring a strategic and hands-on leader to drive performance, maintain quality, and maximise revenue during peak times.
1. Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers and supervisors to deliver outstanding food service across multiple outlets.
2. Ensure food quality and service standards, creating a fantastic experience for visitors.
3. Manage margins, costs, and stock control to drive profitability.
4. Implement and maintain robust processes to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak periods to enable the team to scale up with demand.
5. Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies.
6. Work closely with senior management to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
The Candidate
To be considered for this role we are looking for candidates with experience in managing multi-retail outlets within a high volume business.
1. Proven experience in a high-volume food operation, ideally within visitor attractions, retail catering, or leisure.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills able to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
3. A commercial mindset, with experience in maximising revenue and controlling costs.
4. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure.
