The Role:

We are looking for IT Systems Support and Development Junior Analyst to join the team supporting and developing HCC IT Service Management Tool (Ivanti).
The Service Management tool underpins the Service Management and Service Delivery capabilities of IT to enable the initiatives and business of the broader County Council and its Partners.
We are looking for someone who is self:motivated, with excellent communication skills and able to quickly absorb information and understand new technology.
The role has both support and development responsibilities. It involves fault diagnosis and resolution of issues within the tool, including working with the third:party vendor and IT colleague alike. It also requires delivery of technical requirements to develop the tool : analysis, design, estimating, development, testing and implementation.
