Role summary
Bridewell Gardens is a mental health charity using gardening and working together in nature to transform the lives of people affected by serious mental health conditions.
Working at the gardens provides the time, space, and emotional support for people to make positive changes. The recovery service in West Oxfordshire is a stepping stone for people to return to volunteering, training, employment and to find hope in recovery.

Job location (usual place of work): The Walled Garden, Wilcote, OX7 3DT
Hours: Part time 21 hours (3 days)
Contract: Permanent
As part of a small team, you’ll play a key role running the office day-to-day to support all aspects of Bridewell Gardens’ operations.
You’ll work closely with the Recovery Service Manager and Director to consider future developments of the service and to ensure best practice in service delivery.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement systems so that administrative activities are efficient and effective.
2. Keep project monitoring and evaluation data up to date.
3. Speak with referrers and people accessing the service to support new referrals and to answer enquiries.
4. Oversee day-to-day office administration, procurement, servicing of equipment, ordering supplies, and booking training.
5. Oversee and manage office volunteers to support administrative activities.
