Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and inspire the creative team, overseeing ideas creating marketing and design content and project execution.
* Develop and implement promotional campaigns that align with brand identity.
* Manage multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely completion.
* Organise global brand-focused events such as product launches and exhibitions including producing design for banners and stands
* Oversee consistency across advertising, product design, and marketing channels.
* Support global market expansion through website updates and marketing materials.
* Provide monthly reports on team performance and progress against KPIs.
