What You’ll Do: Shape Strategy: Create and implement bold, data-driven B2C marketing campaigns to generate leads, engage audiences, and boost enrolment. Drive Digital Excellence: Manage and optimise multi-channel campaigns across social media, SEO, PPC, email and content marketing. Understand Audiences: Dive deep into customer insights to craft campaigns that resonate with parents and students alike. Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with internal teams and external agencies, including videographers SEO, PPC and communication specialists, to craft fresh and impactful campaigns. Oversee external providers to ensure our messaging resonates effectively with global audiences. Measure Success: Use analytics tools to track, report, and refine campaign performance, ensuring KPIs like leads, conversions, and ROI soar. Maximise ROI: Oversee the marketing budget with precision, aligning spend with impactful outcomes. What You’ll Bring: Experience: 7 years in marketing, ideally within education. Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, marketing automation tools HubSpot, analytics platforms like Google Analytics. Creativity & Collaboration: A proven ability to brief and work with creatives to produce standout campaigns. Analytical Mindset: Skill in interpreting data and market trends to drive informed decisions. Self-Starter Spirit: Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines. UK Residency: Must live and have the right to work in the UK.
