Then this position is for you! We are looking for relief Support Workers who have great attention to detail, are resilient and truly want to make a difference in people’s lives.
Charlotte* lives in Oswestry. She leads a very full life with plenty of hobbies and interests. When at home she enjoys arts and crafts: cross stitch is a particular favourite. She loves to get out and about and trips to places of interest. She also likes going for walks and loves animals and wildlife. Charlotte is very close to her family. She and her mum have collaborated to write a series of books. They have their own unique genre but I'll let her tell you all about them. She is a trainer within the Macintyre’s Best Practice team and is also a member of Macintyre's dance initiative, so there's a lot going on in her life. With your support there are exciting times ahead for her.

About you

Training and Development
At Macintyre we fully support your training and development. We know it can be daunting to start a new job, and not everyone learns the same way, so throughout your probation we will provide you with a mixture of eLearning, face-to-face training and mentoring support whilst on the job.
