Job Overview:
We are seeking an Administrative Officer with eagerness to learn and join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, possess excellent communication skills, and have strong organisational abilities. Welsh speaking would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
2. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
3. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
4. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
5. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
6. Schedule courses in calendar making sure customers are booked on
7. Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Experience:
1. Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role
2. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
3. Strong organisational and planning skills
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
6. Excellent customer service skills
Training and support will be given to the right individual to progress.
