Telesales Executive | Lincoln | Full Time | £28,000-£32,000 per annum, depending on experience

They are seeking an Telesales Executive to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through telemarketing outreach. Your key objective will be to generate leads, initiate relationships with potential clients, and schedule meetings for the sales team, contributing directly to the growth and success of the company.
Are you the right person for the job?
Proven experience in a telemarketing or inside sales role, preferably within B2B industries
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
Ability to articulate the value of products and services, aligning them with customer needs
Self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset and a focus on achieving targets
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes

What will your role look like?
Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients within the Kitchen, Bedroom, and Furniture industries to introduce the companys products and services
Customer Engagement: Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects, understand their needs, and offer relevant solutions that align with the companys product offerings
Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to create interest and awareness of their innovative solutions
Data Management: Accurately document all lead interactions, ensuring CRM systems are up-to-date and leads are effectively followed up on
Collaboration: Work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends and market dynamics to enhance outreach effectiveness
Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team targets for outbound calls, lead qualification, and appointment setting
