We are looking for a Bar Supervisor to join our team. In this role you will lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure projects are executed to the highest standards.We are looking for an experienced professional who thrives in a team environment, enjoys working closely with clients, and brings enthusiasm, creativity, and passion to everything they do. Duties Include: Oversee daily operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently. Supervise and motivate team members to meet goals. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Maintain safety standards and compliance. Report progress and challenges to management. Qualifications: Proven supervisory experience. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
