Expanding, dynamic services business with around 40 small offices across the South East.
Job Description
1. Oversee and manage a small portfolio of office properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
2. Manage all aspects of health and safety compliance for commercial properties.
3. Assist with lease renewals and negotiations, providing expert knowledge on commercial leases.
4. Play a pivotal role in the growth of the business by supporting the opening of new branches once existing leases come to an end.
5. Collaborate with external teams and clients to ensure the highest standards of property management and service delivery.
The Successful Applicant
1. Proven experience in commercial property management.
2. Strong background in health and safety protocols.
3. Experience in managing lease renewals, negotiations, and understanding commercial leases.
4. Ability to manage a small portfolio independently while helping to expand the business.
5. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
6. Knowledge of property management software would be advantageous.
7. Clean driving licence and ability to travel throughout South East.
