Position: Part-Time (25 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

Requirements: Full UK Manual Driving Licence

Who Will I Be Supporting?
You'll be working at a vibrant shared supported living home, supporting four ladies and six gents in their 20s. These individuals live with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs, and they thrive with the support of someone who values their interests and encourages their independence.

- At Home Fun: Playing computer games, reading comics, and watching cartoons.
- Gardening: Spending time in the garden.
- Outings: Trips to the cinema, bowling, and walks in the park.

What Will You Be Doing?
Your role will focus on providing person-centred care and helping individuals live fulfilling lives. You'll:
- Empower Independence: Support individuals to achieve their personal goals and live life how they choose.
- Daily Living Support: Help with meal preparation, cleaning, shopping, and personal care, while promoting a positive routine.
- Health & Well-Being: Assist with specific health needs, such as manual handling, PEG feeding, and epilepsy management (training provided).
- Communication Support: Learn and use methods such as Makaton, personalised signs, and objects of reference to build meaningful connections.
Set Shift Patterns
- Day Shifts: 5pm - 10pm (Monday to Friday)
- No Weekend Work Required!
Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
