Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood – IT Infrastructure - 13 Month Placement (July 2025)
Our IT Infrastructure department is responsible for the onsite infrastructure, covering the network, servers, telephone, and all end devices (PCs, Printers, AV etc.). Throughout your placement, you will be responsible for support, assistance, and some end user training for our internal customers. You will have the opportunity to be involved in many exciting projects throughout the year. You will also participate in all areas of IT Infrastructure as a learning experience.
What awaits you?
* To be an active member of the infrastructure team.
* Working with and supporting all members of the team.
* Provide support and assistance to our internal customers.
* Responsible for the IT Intranet pages.
* Knowledge in all areas of IT Infrastructure (Networking, Communications, and Workplace (End Devices).
* To assist with raising purchase orders and liaise/coordinate suppliers as required.
Qualifications and Experience
* Studying a degree in Computer Science, IT or related course and on track to achieve a 2:2.
* Experience in working in cross-functional and multi-cultural teams.
* Have excellent verbal communication, presentation, and report writing skills.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
* Comfortable with end user communication.
* An outgoing and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
