Purpose of the role: The Organisation Development Consultant drives strategic success by aligning organisational structures and culture, enhancing performance through innovative interventions. Collaborating with teams, you implement workforce initiatives that empower leaders and improve the employee experience Key Responsibilities: Drive and evaluate organisational development (OD) strategies to enhance effectiveness and performance through the consultancy cycle. Manage complex conversations and influence stakeholders across all levels. Collaborate with leaders to align work design with organisational structure, processes, and culture, improving employee experience. Design and implement OD interventions, such as change management and leadership development, aligned with business priorities. Evaluate OD initiatives for impact and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with CIPD standards and best practices. Required experience/Knowledge: Degree-level education in fields like Organisational Development or Human Resources; CIPD Chartered membership or working towards it. Proven expertise in managing complex cultural and behavioural issues using consultancy models for effective results. Experience in planning, designing, and evaluating organisational development and change interventions in large, complex organisations. Strong communication and influencing skills, able to convey messages to diverse audiences. Business acumen with a focus on aligning initiatives with strategic priorities and a solid understanding of current business technology.
