Busy mixed NHS & Private practice in Wood Green is looking for a motivated, ambitious and experienced Dental Nurse or Trainee Dental Nurse with experience working at reception.

Duties will include working as a dental nurse on some days and helping at reception on others. Training in treatment coordination can be provided.
A trainee nurse can be considered if willing to help at reception and learn from dentists and dental specialists alike.

Key Responsibilities:
* Front-of-House Reception Duties: Greet patients with a warm and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcome and cared for from the moment they arrive.
* Patient Communication: Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person, explaining treatments and managing appointments.
* Assisting the Dental Team: Assist the dental team with nursing tasks, giving you valuable clinical exposure on clinical days.
* Close Collaboration: Work alongside the Principal Dentist, keeping them informed of patient updates and clinic operations. Training in specialist dental treatments including endodontics, implant surgery, and periodontal care can be provided.
What We Are Looking For:
* Reception & Nursing Experience: Ideally, you have previous dental experience and feel comfortable stepping into a dual role—mainly reception with some nursing tasks. Alternatively, you have completed a dental nursing course or are willing to enroll in one.
* Computer Literate: Comfortable with dental software and administrative tasks. Knowledge of SOE Exact is preferred but training can be provided.
* Customer Focused: Friendly, well-presented, and committed to providing outstanding patient care.
* Team Player: Ability to support the dental team when required, ensuring seamless clinic operations.
Requirements:
* GDC registration/Dental Nurse qualification/Trainee Dental Nurse and previous dental experience is essential.
* Professionalism: Polished, friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills.
* References: Be able to provide references upon request.

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 40 per week
