Health and Safety Advisor
Location: Wolverhampton
Hours: 39 hours per week, Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm and 1pm finish on a Friday
Reports To: Health and Safety Manager
Level: NEBOSH Certificate Level 3

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Action Plans: Collect and analyse safety data to create targeted action plans.
Policy Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant UK Health & Safety legislation.
Training & Auditing: Conduct training sessions and audits to raise awareness and fulfil H&S responsibilities across the workforce.
Daily Observations & Risk Assessments: Perform daily safety observations and risk assessments, including COSHH, RAPP, and MAC.
Incident Management: Maintain the incident database, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Legislation Updates: Stay informed about new legislation and updates, ensuring the organisation remains compliant.
Emergency Exercises: Lead emergency evacuation exercises and provide cover for the H&S Manager when required.
