People Administrator Location: LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week including weekends & bank holiday as required Contract Type: Fixed term contract, until Winter 2025 Here at the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a People Administrator to join our AWESOME People & Recruitment Team on a fixed term contract until Winter 2025. As the People Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for all HR related queries through the HR central inbox, face to face or telephone. You will support the People Team with day-to-day delivery of HR activities including but not limited to, employment references, benefits administration, leaver processes and recruitment. The People Administrator will be responsible for ensuring our case management email system is maintained and any cases escalated appropriately. Working sensitively and with discretion, the People Administrator will work in partnership with the People Advisors to support line managers with employee relation matters. Our People Team are based onsite at LEGOLAND Windsor, and the People Administrator will be the first point of contact for office "walk-ins" and queries, so you’ll naturally have an approachable and personable manner, with a focus on employee experience and feedback resolutions. This is a fixed term contract until Winter 2025.
