The Role
We’re looking for a talented Supervisor to help us deliver what we say and lead our operational colleagues to success. The Waste Network Supervisor will oversee up to three teams working on minor sewer improvement projects throughout London.
Each day brings a fresh challenge, but safe working, quality delivery and a strong customer focus are at the heart of everything you will do.
Here are some of the activities that you will be involved in…
* Leading, motivating and developing your team
* Meeting contractual obligations in terms of safety, compliance, timelines and budgets
* Coordinating and organising services before teams start work
* Identifying traffic management needs
* Communicating with property owners regarding access plans
* Conducting site inspections to ensure teams are adhering to required HSEQ standards
* There will be risk assessments to complete, incident reports to write up and team briefings or toolbox talks to facilitate.

Great communication skills, common sense and being comfortable with technology are important skills to be successful in the role.
A full, clean driving licence and a valid NRSWA qualification are required.
We are particularly keen to hear from candidates from within the utilities sector, ideally with qualifications such as SHEA Water and experience of confined spaces.
