Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be at the forefront of the business, handling a range of enquiries from other legal businesses regarding conveyancing and processing new applications. You will deal with a range of enquiries, both inbound and outbound calls, and will also assist clients and liaise closely with other third parties to ensure a smooth conveyancing process. The role will also involve handling any administrative duties for the department and chasing up documentation required.
The Successful Applicant
1. Previous customer service experience, which could be from a range of backgrounds such as retail and hospitality.
2. Exceptional communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
3. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
4. Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
5. A good team player.
