* On call policy at once every two months paid £150
* Single site in central Norwich, no travel needed
Here at ISS as one of the UK's leading facilities management (FM) providers, we are looking to strengthen our Workplace Services team by recruiting a Workplace Lead spearheading a large team across a number of service lines spanning the client's prestigious site in central Norwich
The client are a market leading professional services provider, with this site being a major high spec corporate facility, attached to a grade 1 listed building but also various office spaces, plant rooms, catering and leisure areas, accommodating up to 6000 members of staff. Due to the high profile, highly corporate nature of the site, a high level of Facilities and Workplace services is required
Reporting into the General Manager you will ensure a seamless delivery of the overall service offering line, acting as a coordinating link between junior managers, their teams, and most critically acting as the "face" of workplaces services, to the client and building end users.
While this role is largely Soft services focused as Hard services is delivered via another provider, being the focal point for Workplace, you will need to work effectively with that other team on site
This is a fantastic role for an experienced Facilities professional, well versed in Workplace services leadership to join a highly capable team, working to improve an already effective operation.
Further actions will include:
* Manage site specifications to include but not limited to, building maintenance, cleaning & associated services, helpdesk, meeting room services and service management.
* Ensure the team have the right tools and equipment to perform their duties
* Approve of all payroll requirements (Basic, overtime, Holiday, Sick leave etc)
* Take accountability for the H&S systems ensuring best practise and SSOW are being adhered to
* Support and encourage ideas for innovation (recycling, reducing, re-use and better ways of working)
* Collaborate with other service partners including the events team to deliver a seamless experience
* Manage and assess performance across the team
* Observing, monitoring, listening, and seeking feedback on the customers’ experience and how they connect with our FM services
* Support the quality and timeliness of or FM service delivery in their allocated business area in line with the agreed SLAs
We need from you:
* Clear experience in Facilities Management at a leadership level, with time spent in corporate or highly complex facilities containing a myriad of stakeholders being highly advantageous
