Salary: Grade 11, £15,075.00 - £15,313.98 actual salary per annum based on weeks worked and hours (£24,790 - £25,183 FTE per annum)
Contract: Permanent, all year round contract
Hours: 22 hours, 30 minutes per week, Either 7.30am-12pm, or split shift 7.30am-10.30am and 3.30pm-5pm

The Role:
Are you a proactive problem-solver with a hands-on approach? Do you take pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for children?
We are looking for a dedicated and flexible Caretaker to join our friendly team and play a key role in the smooth running of our school.
This varied and responsible role includes:
* Ensuring site security and health & safety compliance
* Carrying out general maintenance and repairs
* Liaising with contractors and school staff to support the efficient management of the premises

The ideal candidate will:
* Have a working knowledge of health & safety regulations
* Be experienced in general maintenance and repair work
* Be able to prioritise tasks and manage their own workload effectively
* Have strong communication skills for liaising with staff and external contractors
* Be motivated and proactive in maintaining high standards across the school
