We’re recruiting an HR Business Partner to work nationally across the UK, supporting our Government Services Head of HR to deliver the aims set out in our sector people plan.
If you’re an experienced HR advisor looking to develop your experience within a fast-paced organisation that will provide you with the opportunity to develop national business partner skills, this might be the role for you.
As well as having a passion for learning, to be successful in our HRBP role you’ll need to demonstrate a commercial mindset and business acumen, including financial literacy, knowledge of trends impacting organisations and how to improve competitive advantage.
You’ll also need to be able to confidently interpret HR data every day to prioritise decisions and influence and coach stakeholders.
This role will involve regular weekly UK national travel (including Northern Ireland) and there is flexibility to work from home when site travel is not needed.

Role responsibilities:
* Support the Head of HR to deliver the people plan in all areas of people practice and provide advice and guidance to senior stakeholders
* Using data to drive performance and achieve objectives
* Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders to support the local delivery of our people plan
* Supporting HR colleagues in our ER, reward, L&D and shared services teams
Requirements:
* CIPD qualified L3 or proven experience in a similar role in a fast-paced commercial industry, ideally hospitality, retail or leisure
* Experience aligned to the CIPD profession map
* Data literacy – proven experience in interpreting and applying data and translating these insights into action
* Digital proficiency - ability to integrate technology for efficiency and growth, stay aware of digital trends and embed technology into HR
* Excellent all-round communicator, comfortable and confident communicating with all levels, including senior stakeholders
