The Employer Engagement Team is the employer focussed division of South Essex Colleges Group offering Apprenticeships and Commercial training. The Role: We are seeking an Employer Engagement Team Leader to join our dynamic team on a 12-month fixed-term basis (maternity cover). In this pivotal role, you will lead a team of Sales Executives and Talent Consultants, driving employer engagement initiatives and apprenticeship delivery across the region. Reporting directly to the Operations Director of Business Development, you will ensure that the team achieves its targets and provides exceptional service to employers.
