We are recruiting for an Electrical Technician to join a specialised supplier of Construction Materials, working at their Heavily Automated Manufacturing site in (Nr) Goole. This role is offering up to £52,000 for a Monday - Friday days based position, with overtime paid at 1.5 and 2x, as well as a high benefits package, including a company pension contribution, life assurance scheme, and discretionary company bonus scheme.

Responsibilities of the Electrical Technician
* Focus on developing and maintaining automated control systems including programming, inverters, PLCs, and SCADA systems.
* Ensure all controls and electrical assets are maintained in compliance with the company's health, safety, and site standards.
* Oversee all C&E work (projects and shutdowns) safely and efficiently within the allocated time and budget.
* Work alongside the Engineering Team to enhance manufacturing excellence, focusing on continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
Useful Experience for the Electrical Technician
* Qualifications in a relevant discipline (HNC/D Level in C&E Engineering or an equivalent qualification).
* Experience with Siemens S5, S7, and TIA.
* Knowledge and understanding of PLCs and inverters for programming and fault finding.
* Aware of Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
* Ability to perform at the highest level within a dynamic environment and embrace change.
