JAAQ.Org is a free platform for the world to instantly find answers to the questions people care about most. More than 170+ conversations and 20,000 answers on everything from mental health to neurodiversity to addiction to parenting & fertility, and much more. Our community of expert contributors range from world-leading Doctors and clinicians to those with lived experience, including celebrities like Davina McCall and sports stars like Paul Merson.
JAAQ Junior, launching in early 2025, is our free platform for children aged 8-13 to access relevant child-friendly information on all of the topics mentioned for JAAQ.Org as well as specific topics around puberty, moving schools, parent divorce and more, but created by children aged 8-13.
JAAQ At Work encompasses both of the above, but with an additional 50+ conversations focused on workplace health issues, as well as information and scalable support for line managers, for HR & People teams, and much more. The platform is highly customisable for organisations and the data enrichment has shown to reduce mental health absences in NatWest Bank by 6.9% in the first year. The revenue generated from JAAQ At Work is what funds the growth of the free platforms for the world.

The Role
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an ambitious and driven RevOps Manager to join our dynamic commercial team at JAAQ At Work.
This is a new and pivotal role in the growth of the JAAQ At Work team, working closely with the sales, customer success, and marketing functions to analyse our internal commercial customer processes, tech integrations, and reporting - Finding ways to optimise each continuously. The successful candidate will also take the lead on our KPIs and performance metrics on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis alongside the Head of Commercial, analysing those against market trends and data to create a strategy that aligns to our revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Revenue optimisation: Using data collated from our CRM and other tech tools, you’ll be able to help drive efficiencies in our GTM strategy by understanding the trends behind our ICPs and creating strategies to better target them.
* Sales Operations: Partnering with the Head of Commercial, you’ll understand and streamline our internal processes across the customer lifecycle (from market awareness as a first lead gen step right through to account growth on current customers), enhance our CRM and tech stack integrations, and support in target account planning.
* Customer Lifecycle Operations: Working alongside our Head of Customer Success, you’ll implement processes and systems to track customer health scores, growth opportunities, and churn risks that align to our revenue goals.
* Marketing Operations: Working alongside our B2B Marketing Manager, you’ll implement and optimise marketing automation processes for lead generation, nurturing, and event strategies.
* KPIs: Using the data available and alongside the Head of Commercial, you’ll set, monitor and report on weekly/monthly/quarterly KPIs in line with our revenue goals for 2025 and beyond.
* Commercial Reporting: With all of the above in mind, you’ll be adept at reporting on each area on a weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence to highlight the wins, the areas of optimisation, the risks, and more to the Heads of Departments and the company as a whole.
* Tech Stack & Integrations: You’ll own our commercial tech stack and budget, ensuring we are optimising and integrating each tool as much as possible to streamline processes for the team.
* Team Collaboration: Not only will you be deeply involved across the commercial team, but you will also be confident in collaborating with our Head of Finance, Managing Director, and other areas of the JAAQ.org/JAAQ Junior businesses as needed.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience: 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS RevOps function, preferably within the HR/health industries.
* Proactive & ‘always learning’ attitude: A self-starter with a learning mindset. Someone who wants to be coached, but is a natural problem solver today.
* Empathy: A passion for mental health/neurodiversity, with the ability to connect with people on a human level.
* Tech Savvy: An expert in using CRM tools and sales integrations (experience with HubSpot is a plus), and the ability to customise/create new workflows, reporting, and more.
* Resilience: Able to thrive in a fast-paced high-growth environment, get stuck in, and share the losses/celebrate the wins/support each other as a team.
