In this role, you’ll work closely with an experienced team of NHS and College healthcare professionals, making a real impact by supporting apprentices through their learning journey. Reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager for Health and Science, you’ll play a key role in delivering apprenticeship standards that prepare learners for rewarding and impactful careers in health and science.This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of future healthcare talent while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be working with a caseload of apprentices to support their progression and achievement of their qualifications, carrying out assessments and progress reviews within employer settings.You will be involved in implementing continuous improvement strategies and measures to meet the demands of employers in providing a high-quality teaching and learning experience.The role may include delivering some classroom or online taught sessions.Skills & KnowledgeWe strive to be an inclusive employer and welcome applications from individuals who believe they can contribute effectively to this role.
