We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Advisor to join our team in our Melbourne head office. This is a newly created role, offering you the chance to make a significant impact and contribute to the personal and professional success of our team.
Responsibilities
1. Design, develop, and implement training materials and programs to support managers and leaders in our business.
2. Source training providers in consultation with Group HR for specific training programs.
3. Maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as GradAustralia and Engineers Australia, working directly with them to implement training initiatives.
4. Research, develop, and implement upskilling training programs to enhance capability across the business.
About you
1. Minimum of three years of learning and development experience, preferably in the construction or resources sectors.
2. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously.
3. Ability to operate independently and manage your workload with minimal supervision.
4. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
