Are you looking for a Plumber role? Interested in working for a leading Construction Company?
VANRATH are recruiting a Plumber to work on Social Housing maintenance projects for a large, leading Construction Company in Belfast, Northern Ireland.
Remuneration:
£29,765 + van / fuel card / package
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a high-quality service to tenants, specifically within domestic properties that are either occupied or void
* Ensure any additional work is captured and communicated to the relevant person, so that the company can invoice for additional work completed
* Compliant in timeframes allocated of jobs, ensure target dates are met
* Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules
* Maintain and care for all company tools
* Use appropriate safety equipment
* Ensure areas of work are left clean, tidy and safe at all times
* Be responsible for and take due care of the company van in accordance with the company car policy
* Liaison with the client, consultants, contract administrator, head office etc.
* Be responsible for your own safety and all other around you
* Material co-ordination and organisation
* Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant site based documentation
* Oversee/assist in the training of apprentices as required
The Ideal Person:
* Level 3 NVQ in a relevant trade or equivalent
* Previous trades experience in similar role
* Up to date relevant industry knowledge
* Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
* Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving license
* Valid CSR Card
* Previous experience working within the Construction Industry
* Ideally have experience working within the Social Housing sector
