We are on a mission to empower every woman to achieve their beauty goals through personalised, seamless, smooth and results driven omni-channel experiences, leveraging services, devices, diagnostics, AI and more About the role We are looking for an agile, dynamic and innovative Global Innovation Manager who can navigate the intersection of beauty and technology and can relentlessly grow, test and learn initiatives that offer personalised and impactful experiences to consumers both online and in-store. You will lead strategic Beauty Tech incubation programs, fuelling our Beauty Tech pipeline with your vast amount of ideas, to ensure market growth and difference by delivering consumer-centric, transformative, and sustainable experiences through continuous learning and agile development. Key Responsibilities: Fuel the incubator pipeline with market and technology input, iterating on multiple ideas at pace Validate projects based on consumer desirability, market, technical feasibility, and commercial viability for scale, in order to increase incremental revenue Lead the end-to-end incubator pipeline from brainstorming through to delivery Utilise data-driven insights to evaluate and report to partners on the effectiveness of trials for business scale up and growth Collaborate closely within a matrix organisation and have the ability to influence partners at different levels of seniority. Partner with external tech specialists to conceptualise consumer-facing trials rapidly across our brand portfolio. What you’ll need to have We are looking for someone with experience with beauty and skincare, and a desire to discover new solutions to consumer challenges and unmet needs, through the application of cutting-edge beauty technologies. Curiosity & self drive when faced with a consumer need that you can explore through discovery process innovative solutions. You will have experience delivering consumer-centric innovations and operating in a lean, agile manner. You can demonstrate and apply creative thinking to identify unique opportunities, have the desire to challenge conventional mindsets, and have the ability to translate innovative ideas into commercially successful propositions.
