Lead a team in a dynamic hotel environment leading sales, meetings & events, and reservations teams. Key responsibilities include leading and supporting a team in proactively and re-actively selling rooms and event spaces, managing the coordination of meetings, conferences, and events, handling phone and email enquiries with confidence, and ensuring a high conversion rate of enquiries to confirmed bookings.
Requirements include proven experience in a similar role, ability to lead and motivate a team, strong sales focus with a proven track record of converting enquiries into bookings, experience with Opera Cloud and Opera S&C (advantageous, but not essential), must be local to Blackpool with access to own transport, and eligible to live and work in the UK without restrictions.
In this role you will lead by example, confidently handling bookings for new and existing clients and work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth event execution.
