Office Attendance - Our roles are hybrid; however, you should be able to travel to a local office 2 days per week for this position.

We’re looking for an Audit Manager to join our Insurance Money and Services (IMS) Internal Audit team. In this role, you are leading in the delivery of high impact audits across IMS, delivering assurance over the management of key risks and the effectiveness of controls to enhance the control environment of IMS.
What you’ll be doing
1. Leading the delivery of audits to time and budget, including planning, execution, reporting and follow-up activities.
2. Managing internal audit delivery in line with methodology while maintaining compliance with information security requirements.
3. Producing high quality audit reports that clearly articulate the risks and root causes, and detail recommendations to enhance the control environment.
4. Promoting the continuous improvement of risk management and control processes across IMS through the development of ongoing relationships with management.
5. Contributing to annual audit planning through insights and challenges to the management of key risks.
6. Maintaining high technical and professional standards through continuous professional education and development.
We need you to have
1. Previous audit experience, preferably in Financial Services.
2. Broad knowledge of the risks and controls within Financial Services companies.
3. Initiative to plan, organise, prioritise, and oversee activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
4. Advanced communication skills and the ability to positively challenge and enable key stakeholders.
And if you have any of these, even better
1. Professional Qualification – IIA/CA/ACA/ACCA/CISA or equivalent.
2. SME experience in Technology, Change, Supplier Management, Data Analytics, Insurance, Financial Services Regulation, Finance & Actuarial.
3. Knowledge and experience of operating in an Agile environment.
