As a Support Worker, you will:
* Help residents identify and achieve their personal goals and ambitions
* Provide practical and personal support in a caring, approachable, and person-centred manner.
* Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver a safe, high-quality, and inclusive service.
* Work flexible shifts, including early and late shifts, weekends, and bank holidays, as part of a weekly rota.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a genuine desire to support others in transforming their lives.
What you'll need:
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
* Patience, resilience, and a positive attitude
* A commitment to providing quality care and support
* Willingness to work towards a Level 2 Diploma (or higher) in Health & Social Care
* Basic IT knowledge and computer skills
* A responsible, dedicated, and flexible approach to work
