Job Title: Social Worker – Community Mental Health Team Location: Salford Rate: £30.00 Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Social Worker to join a busy Community Mental Health Team based in Salford. What will your responsibilities be? You will undertake social care assessments and reviews under the Care Act 2014, managing a caseload of service users requiring complex case management. You will carry out direct work with service users to meet identified social care needs, conduct safeguarding investigations when necessary, and develop strengths-based support plans to promote service users' wellbeing and independence. At all times, they will identify areas of need and/or risk of harm and ensure appropriate safeguarding practices and measures are observed and in place.
