I am recruiting for a Finance Assistant for a temporary 4-month role based in Coventry. This role offers hybrid working: 1 day a week from home and 4 days in the office.
Duties include:
1. To reconcile LIC (Latest Indicated Cost) to claims report & Bank account.
2. Investigate PO variations and identify relevant actions.
3. Liaise with Budget holders to identify discrepancies and determine corrective action.
4. Reconcile and validate cost transfer from BAU including quarterly VAT recovery.
5. Support cashflow forecast and claims forecast.
6. Support monthly payment run.
