This is your chance to take on a vital role, owning the customer journey from initial quote to final dispatch. You'll handle logistics challenges like a pro, juggle inboxes like a champ, and be a key player in delivering a top-notch service that keeps customers happy!
What You'll Do:
•Be the first point of contact for customers, handling orders and queries like a friendly rockstar.
•Manage quotes, process orders, and make returns and credits a breeze.
•Oversee accounts, set them up on Sage, and keep overdue payments in check.
•Track daily deliveries and ensure smooth logistics operations.
•Support the internal and external sales teams, keeping everyone in sync.

-Hours Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
-Salary Circa £26,000
-Permanent, Full Time position
