Our Revenue Operations team is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer/Architect (f/m/d). This role will be instrumental in architecting, building, and administering our Salesforce ecosystem including Sales, Service Cloud and CPQ solutions. This is a high-impact role, allowing you to work on complex problems and cutting-edge technology to help shape Moss's customer acquisition, PLG, CX setup and accelerate our revenue efforts.
Your responsibilities
Here is some of what you can expect to be doing in your day-to-day:
* Salesforce CRM & CPQ - You will own the comprehensive architecture and development of our Salesforce & CPQ ecosystem, make sure we follow Salesforce best practices and ensure system scalability, preparing us for future growth.
* Revenue System Architecture Design - You will help architect Moss’ revenue tooling ecosystem including platform UX/UI, workflow automations, integrations with third-party apps and our internal systems.
* Cross-Departmental Collaboration - You will proactively gather and analyze commercial business requirements, translate them and build them into best in class capabilities, collaborating alongside our engineering teams.
* Technical Support & Optimisation - You will monitor system performance, resolving bugs and providing necessary fixes/updates. Also identifying areas that need to be optimised to remove technical debt and rebuild aligning to best practice and scalable designs.
* Revenue Technology Champion - You will serve as gatekeeper, thought-partner and subject matter expert for revenue technology, both internally and externally with our vendors.
About you
We think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in this role:
* Proven experience managing Salesforce and broader revenue tool stack integrations, ideally in a B2B SaaS/FinTech context. Experience with CPQ / pricing & billing solutions is required.
* Experience working with integrations and Engineering teams.
