Key Responsibilities
* Plan, launch, and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Pinterest.
* Implement feed optimisations, custom labels, and product sets to enhance targeting and segmentation.
* Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to drive sustainable growth.
* Utilise attribution tools to assess campaign performance and make data-led decisions.
* Build and maintain reporting dashboards using analytics tools.
Essential Experience
* 1+ year of experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and Pinterest (preferred).
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on performance data.
* Proficiency with attribution and reporting tools.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience working with eCommerce brands (desirable but not essential).
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per year
