Key Responsibilities Regulatory Compliance Ensure adherence to CDM 2015 and other health & safety regulations. Act as a key advisor to senior leadership and project teams. Uphold statutory and organizational H&S policies. Policy & Best Practice Create, review, and update H&S policies. Promote continuous improvement and best practices. Align policies with project-specific needs. ⚠️ Risk Management Review contractor and designer risk assessments/method statements. Identify hazards and implement robust risk controls. Collaborate with Principal Contractors/Designers throughout project phases. Training & Culture Develop and deliver tailored safety training. Drive a positive safety culture via workshops and engagement. Auditing & Monitoring Conduct regular site inspections and audits. Address non-conformances and ensure timely resolution. Incident Investigation Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses. Prepare reports and share lessons learned. Stakeholder Collaboration Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and regulators. Build strong relationships with Facility Operators and stakeholders. ️ Programme Support Provide expert advice across all project stages: preconstruction to handover.
