RACING BANK ADMINISTRATOR WELLINGBOROUGH (HYBRID) Do you want to start a career in the world of banking and finance? Our clients will look to you to support them in their decisions as to how they register their ownership and set up banking for all their racing related transactions, as well as helping them identify other products and services that will simplify their horse ownership. SALARY AND BENEFITS Salary will start from £23,400 per annum depending on experience. PRACTICAL BITS The helpdesk is open 8am to 6pm, so you will work on a shift pattern either 8am to 4.30pm, or 9.30am to 6pm. Based in our Wellingborough head office you will work fully onsite for the first six months to complete training, then a flexible schedule with three days in the office and two days working remotely. WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE Serve as the main point of contact for Racing Bank clients, assisting with a range of queries. Develop relationships with clients to understand their potential banking needs. Liaise with other areas of the Bank, developing internal relationships and gaining an understanding of other parts of the Bank. Register clients for our Racing Payment Service and completing any associated trainer mandates. Deliver against allocated sales targets ensuring client service needs are met. Contribute to the success of the team by assisting with other tasks when asked. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner. Exposure to a client-facing environment with an understanding of great customer service. Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. A levels or equivalent experience. IT WOULD BE NICE FOR YOU TO HAVE An interest in horseracing. Knowledge of banking procedures.
