The role The firm are looking for Insolvency Partner to spearhead the growth of their department and team. In this role you will be working alongside other senior members of the team with a view of growing the department further. Having recruited local reputable senior litigators, they are now in a position to grow further. The team deals with the full range of distressed corporate restructurings and insolvency procedures - including administration, company voluntary arrangements, bankruptcy and liquidation, through to supporting clients with board advisory work. This role would suit a senior lawyer who has been able to gather some experience in the world of Restructuring and Insolvency, or perhaps someone who has experience in corporate restructuring and/or corporate finance and wants to spearhead a team with a Commercial Disputes / Insolvency focus. Requirements You will be a Insolvency Solicitor 8 years PQE You will have experience working directly in Commercial Disputes / broad Restructuring & Insolvency You will have the experience to manage your own cases and have the ambition to manage, grow and build a department further.
