Department: Theatre Staff
Location: Margate (travel required when needed to Ashford and Canterbury)
Salary: £37,162-£44,815 per annum dependent on experience and qualifications

Full Time (37.5 Hours) - Part Time Hours will be considered. Hours are worked across a 7 day working rota. Please specify your preference on the application form.
We offer enhancements for Saturdays and any work between 8pm and 7.30am on weekdays at time +30% of your basic salary rate. For Sundays and Bank Holidays at time + 60% of your basic salary rate.

Qualifications and Experience
Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner
NMC/HPC Registered
Diploma in Health Care Studies
Ability to assess, plan and evaluate patient care
Knowledge of research and evidence based practice
Teaching and assessing/mentorship or willing to undertake
Laser Applications
Minimally invasive procedures
Leadership, interpersonal and organisational skills
Dealing with emergency situations within operating theatre department
Providing highly specialised emergency knowledge
High developed physical/clinical skills where accuracy is important
