Through funded development programs, you can gain qualifications that enhance your knowledge, skills, and behaviours relevant to your role.In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and responding to user needs, resolving problems and complaints, and liaising effectively with other staff groups. You will train, monitor, and supervise OCS staff, oversee the handling of clinical waste, and perform domestic and housekeeping duties as required. Your technical expertise and ability to teach essential skills will be crucial in ensuring high standards of service delivery.As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Delivering the Service - On a daily basis, Supervisors will be required to identify and respond to user needs and to solve problems/complaints as and when they arise. Supervisors are required to work with staff teams and to carry out domestic, housekeeping and other duties to cover the needs of the service. A Supervisor will be required to have the knowledge and technical ability to be able to undertake and teach staff the skills necessary to complete service delivery. The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria: Must have Right to Work in the UK. Role requires a standard DBS to be completed before starting role. Essential - GCSE Math and English Level 3 Food Safety or prepared to study for within 3 months. IOSH Supervising Safely Safety or prepared to study for within 3 months ILM 2 Supervisory Studies or prepared to study for within 3 months. Previous supervisory experience.
