Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a skilled and experienced Paralegal to join our established Fast Track Personal Injury team.

The Role:
As a Paralegal in our Fast Track Personal Injury team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of Road Traffic Accident (RTA) and Employers' Liability/Public Liability (ELPL) files. You will guide cases through the stages 1, 2, and 3 of the MOJ/IOC Portal, as well as handling infant claims, MIB untraced, and foreign claims.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Progress a caseload of PI fast track matters to conclusion with attention to detail and efficiency.
2. Ensure the highest standards of client care and communication.
3. Handle cases from newly accepted claims through to final resolution.
4. Manage claims through various stages of the claims process, including Portal submissions and negotiations.
5. Work closely with colleagues to ensure successful outcomes for clients.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Proven experience managing a caseload of Fast Track Personal Injury matters.
2. Familiarity with Proclaim case management software.
3. A strong commercial mindset with a focus on client service.
4. A professional and proactive approach to managing casework.
5. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
