This role offers exposure to a diverse range of industries, working on over 100 brands across multiple sectors. The position is highly client-facing, balancing data-driven analysis with strategic brand consultancy. THE COMPANY This team sits within a leading global insights agency and is exclusively managed by us. The team is the largest within the company, providing expertise in brand health tracking, consumer insights, and strategic consulting. The role is crucial in delivering key insights that influence major marketing and business decisions for global brands. The company works with some of the biggest names in the industry. The role requires working cross-functionally with marketing, insights, and brand teams, providing strategic recommendations to optimize brand performance and consumer engagement. THE ROLE This role is a balance of client engagement, data analysis, and internal team collaboration. You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand brand positioning, measure brand health, and provide actionable insights to drive growth. Key responsibilities include: Engaging with clients to understand brand challenges and develop tailored insights Managing and delivering brand research projects, including questionnaire design and data analysis Working with survey data, media spend, and social data to develop actionable recommendations Collaborating with internal teams, including processing and charting teams, to ensure seamless project execution Coaching and mentoring Senior Executives and Client Executives within the team Developing brand strategy insights based on quantitative research and market trends Presenting findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders and marketing teams Partnering with cross-functional teams to integrate brand insights into broader business strategies YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The ideal candidate is an experienced insights professional with a passion for brand strategy and analytics. You should have strong data interpretation skills and the ability to translate findings into meaningful business recommendations.
