Duties & Responsibilities:
Designing and delivering a modern, forward-thinking Knowledge Management strategy.
Creating systems and resources that make guidance, policy, and know-how easy to access and consistently up to date.
Embedding knowledge sharing into the culture across teams and improving on boarding, collaboration and decision-making.
Supporting the use of SharePoint, document classification and tagging systems to improve content accessibility.
Exploring new technologies (including AI) to enhance knowledge platforms and decision-making efficiency.
Leading horizon scanning and ensuring up-to-date awareness of legal and regulatory developments.
Managing and mentoring the Knowledge Assistant, fostering continuous learning across the organisation.
Collaborating cross-functionally with Legal, IT, Policy, and other stakeholders.
