Description
Duties for Credit Controller:
* Handle a list of people who owe money
* Contact them by phone and email to collect payments
* Solve problems related to unpaid debts
* Work out payment plans
* Check and change credit limits
* Create credit notes
* Help with monthly reports
* Do other tasks to assist the manager
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
* A solid understanding of credit control procedures.
* A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.
* Good Excel skills ideally including lookups and pivot tables.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Job Offer
What's on offer for the successful Credit Controller:
* Hybrid working, Tuesdays & Wednesdays in the office.
* 9am - 5pm working week with 4:30pm finishes on a Friday.
* 3 month temporary with the potential to go permanent.
* Free onsite parking.
* £15 - £19 an hour depending on experience.
* High Wycombe based head office.
