Our client is well-established and leaders in their field, they are recruiting for a Welding Supervisor to join their growing team!

Welding Charge Hand Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Organisation and supervision of production personnel as directed by the Welding Cell Team Leader
2. Supervise the welding cell late shift team with the ability to optimise team performance and development
3. Communicate progress updates to the oncoming shift, reference workload achieved, and challenges faced
4. Ensure all quality hold points are observed, and relevant inspections are carried out by the quality department
5. Ensure that products and services exceed customers’ expectations
6. Comply with, always promote and lead all Health & Safety within the workshop
7. Support the management team in producing capacity plans to ensure manufacturing and delivery targets are met
8. Planning, organising and implementing the basic daily, weekly and monthly routines
9. Provide assistance in any other production area / duty when required
10. Develop, maintain and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
11. Demonstrate leadership and management skills with the ability to optimise team performance and development
