The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Vehicle Bodyshop Receptionist and Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support the smooth operation of our bodyshop, working closely with our vehicle estimator and ensuring outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assisting the vehicle estimator with completing and submitting estimates and job packs to insurance companies.
2. Liaising with customers to arrange booking-in dates and vehicle handovers.
3. Welcoming bodyshop and service customers to the dealership, providing a friendly and professional first point of contact.
4. Answering incoming calls and directing them as necessary.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Strong administrative and organizational skills.
2. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
3. A professional and approachable demeanor.
4. The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
Previous experience in a similar role or the automotive industry would be an advantage, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
